1. Professional Supply Notice
All products are supplied to qualified professionals and businesses only. As business-to-business (B2B) sales, standard consumer distance selling regulations do not apply.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened or used products
Products with broken seals
Temperature-controlled or sterile items
Products not stored correctly after delivery
Items returned without prior authorisation
All sales are considered final unless goods are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
3. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:
